Dr. Francis Mwanisi

Francis Mwanisi (MD, MPH) is currently the Registrar for Private Hospitals at the Ministry of Health in Tanzania. Dr. Mwanisi has served in several policy and administrative posts in Tanzania, including District Medical Officer and Regional Medical Officer in several districts and Regions of the Mainland Tanzania.

Being the secretary to Private Hospitals Advisory Board, the goal of the Board is to become an excellent regulatory Board of the Ministry of Health that ensures a fully compliant Private Health Sector in the provision of quality health care.
